Pairing impeccable handskill and faultless white quarry, ‘New Moon,’ a six foot sculpture that fragments itself into three functional design objects is made from a single block of stone. Inspired by forms unique to Indian geometry, the marble is sculpted to challenge parameters of balance and functionality.
